No backlog job is too large, or too small- and we have the capability to work on a very tight deadline. Using software such as Quickbooks and Excel, we can enter and classify transactions to generate accurate, comprehensive, and transparent reporting for tax or other purposes.

We are based in New York City, but our clientele is worldwide. Current technology allows us to work with individuals all over the United States, as well as in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

We also employ the latest technologies to ensure that the retroactive work is performed as efficiently as possible. We are experienced in importing and downloading data into Quickbooks, and can also use .csv (Comma Separated), .pdf (Portable Document) and .xls (Excel) files for this purpose. When necessary, we also work with paper statements and physical documents.

All of our bookkeeping work is done in the United States by college educated individuals who are intimately familiar with the retail establishments and general business practices here in the US, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
